My Story

My path has been anything but predictable. From studying landscape architecture to world travel and working on organic farms, from managing volunteer programs to making coffee, from fundraising to organizational development: I’ve never been sure what I would be doing next.

Over time, I’ve found that the most important thing is how you do it, whatever you’re doing. Ethical and values-driven decisions are sometimes hard to come to, but they feel the most right when you’re ready to take them. My life has swung between finding choice and creating options when there aren’t enough, and getting organized and prioritizing when there are too many options. I’ve learned what questions to ask myself, and I’m offering you my experience and my talents.

I design processes that are clear, effective, and aligned with your values. I offer coaching, meeting planning and facilitation, and systems design. I’ll help you sift through the jumble of information you’re working with, bringing order and direction, and navigating feelings that come up along the way.
